We like to think of ourselves as fair people. So, our returns policy is simple.

We will accept returns of all products that are not opened or used. Refunds or item swaps will be processed once we've received the goods and our staff have processed the order. 

If it is a sizing issue, or an issue where a replacement/alternative item is required, please contact our staff on the number below and we will try our best to get the right item for you at your cost for the return.

If a return is a result of an error we’ve made or a faulty product, we will pay for the goods to be returned and contact you regarding your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned items. Contact our staff to organise.
